Subject of contract

Our terms and conditions are for distance sales, orders made by phone, via WhatsApp or fax. The Customer purchases the goods indicated and offered on the website online.

Orders

Sending the order implies acceptance of these general conditions of sale.

Payment: bank transfer, credit cards, PayPal, cash on delivery.

Product prices: all prices are expressed in EURO including VAT 

Costs and delivery times

The shipping costs are 5.90 EURO throughout Italy, delivered in about 2-3 days. In Europe 12.90€.

For cash payment at delivery is provided 3.90 euros more.(Italy)

We are not responsible for any delay in the delivery of goods once the package has been entrusted to the carrier.

Warranty and Right of Withdrawal

Right of withdrawal: according to D.lgs 06/09/05 N.206 and subsequent amendments, the Customer has the right of withdrawal from the purchase.

Protection of privacy

We guarantee that the e-mail addresses provided by Customers will never be given to third parties for commercial purposes. Privacy policy pursuant to art.13 of the D.lgs n.196/2003

Validity of these conditions

These conditions of sale may be modified at any time without prior notice, the possible changes will not concern orders for which the Order Confirmation has already been sent.

Application of the laws

It undertakes to comply with the regulations in force on distance selling. Any disputes shall be settled by the court of the place of domicile or residence of the latter according to the applicable law.

Trademarks, logos and other distinctive signs of various kinds present on the site belong to their respective owners.
